1. Informative video! Nice points! Sticking to a bedtime routine is the hardest. And what’s the best time to exercise? I’ve read somewhere that exercising at night could negatively impact our sleep.

      Exercising in the morning can be beneficial, but I understand everyone has different schedules. At the end of the day, exercising whenever, except before bed will be beneficial for our health. 🙂
