Informative video! Nice points! Sticking to a bedtime routine is the hardest. And what’s the best time to exercise? I’ve read somewhere that exercising at night could negatively impact our sleep.
Hi Melanie! I’m glad you found it informative! It can be, that’s where discipline comes in.
Yes, exercise at night can negatively impact our sleep.
Exercising in the morning can be beneficial, but I understand everyone has different schedules. At the end of the day, exercising whenever, except before bed will be beneficial for our health. 🙂
If I have to wake up a little early than usual on some mornings for work, I become stressed the night before and that leads to sleep deprivation. I’m someone who absolutely enjoys my work and I believe it’s the fear of waking up early in the morning that ruins my sleep. I developed this problem after being affected by covid. Many of my friends as well as colleagues are facing sleep related issues after the pandemic, but mine is different. Is this post covid syndrome? Or is stress keeping me awake at night?
Why do you fear waking up early in the morning? I’ve read that covid can affect a person’s sleep in a negative way. There could be a few reasons. Respiratory distress, immense system response, general stress and anxiety.
I do not know the exact reason. I’m trying to figure it out. I have this little fear that if I wake up early I won’t be able to get the 8-hour of sleep.

Thank you! I’ll keep that in my mind.
My pleasure! When have you found is the best time to exercise?
I prefer to exercise in the evenings.
And do you find that it interferes with your sleep?
Not really, but exercising at night has kept me awake.

That’s understandable. Figure out what works best for you 🙂
